Even if they don’t want any breakfast, you need to make sure they have something every morning. And make sure they have healthy snacks which they can consume at school too. And as well as food, ensure they are having plenty of filtered water during the day.

After all, things like a bad cough could easily turn into a chest infection if left untreated. If you are concerned, take them to the doctor to be checked over. And if you are worried about your kid outside of regular hours, you could consider finding some after hours urgent care. That way, you can ensure they don’t get more poorly the next day!
Encourage time in the sunshine
So many kids are not getting outside playing in the sun. In fact, they tend to stay indoors in front of the television or on their device. Therefore, if you want your little one to stay healthy, you need to ensure they spend plenty of time in the sunshine. Find fun things for them to do outside. For example, you could get them some playground equipment or even a sand pit which will encourage them to play outside. You will be surprised how beneficial it will be for them to be in the sunshine.
